Create a Pencil
At first click on Brush Tools (B) and then change the brush size to 13px and then make a simple dot like this:
 
                                                    

Now Hold Shift key and then hit the click in the red area like below image :
Then make a head of the pencil like this :
Now make another line at the right side like this :
Make a hole circle for the head like this:
Now make a hole circle for the Eraser Area like this:
Make a new layer and then change the color to golden and then brush the middle of the pencil like this:
  
Now change the Normal to Darken then the golden color will be down from the black color :
Like this now change the color black yellow and then brush the eraser area of the pencil like this:
Now change the color to indigo and then brush the top eraser are like this:
Now add a white a line over on the brush like this :
Change the Normal to Soft Light like this :
Then it will be like this : ohhh we can't color the head of the pencil , color the head of the pencile and make beak for the pencil like this:
Now add a white light to the pencil like this and then you are finished ;)
